The new dining space from Gecko Formentera celebrates an honest Mediterranean cuisine, rooted in local produce, the season, and the pleasure of sharing. The menu travels between tradition and modernity with dishes such as the island’s pink tomato tartare with avocado, the picanha carpaccio with confit boletus, the sea bream and red shrimp ceviche, the potera squid grilled or Formentera squid on the grill.
