For many people, September marks the start of the year, back to school, the routine and, at times, also to good habits. Mi casa en AD con Kave returns to the editorial desk for a second season in which it welcomes its new guests: the Italian architect Benedetta Tagliabue and Mesura. They sit on the sofa alongside Maite Sebastiá (Head of Editorial Content at AD Spain) to talk about architecture, design, craftsmanship… about the most beautiful houses in the world.
Benedetta Tagliabue sits down to inaugurate the first episode and to discuss how a building can transform the city around it. Among other curiosities, the architect reveals some anecdotes about the renovation, alongside Enric Miralles, of the Mercat de Santa Caterina, and invites us to discover Casa Mercaders, the dwelling she found and shared with Miralles in the city’s historic center.
Two of the five founding partners of Mesura sit down in a second episode to represent Barcelona’s architecture studio. They talk to us about how we should learn from old houses, from the Mediterranean house and all those dwellings that taught us so much about living together, with their courtyards, their stone, their ceramics. Can we now imitate what architecture has been teaching us for years?
Now, furthermore, AD adds a new face to the videopodcast. Marina Peñalver, Senior Digital Editor of AD will be in charge of presenting El Diván, a graphical representation of the magazine’s last page, in which listeners will be able to discover another facet of the guests.
Mi casa en AD con Kave kicked off in style on June 12, 2025 with a premiere starring Ana Milán. Since then, big names have followed, such as Lorenzo Castillo, Josie, Carolina Herrera and Patricia Urquiola, among many other personalities. The second season promises and we’ll be here to watch it… and listen to it (now available on its website, YouTube channel, and all audio platforms).
